In one sentence: your notes are stored in your own Gmail account — we don't keep them on our servers, we don't sell your data, and we don't share it with third parties.
Your Privacy Matters
NoteBip was built around one simple idea: your notes belong to you.
Your notes are stored in your Gmail account.
- We do not store your notes on our servers.
- We do not sell your data.
- We do not use your notes for advertising.
- We do not share your notes with third parties.
You remain in control of your content at all times.
What We Store
Nothing.
Your notes remain in your Gmail account.
Connecting Your Gmail Account
To use NoteBip, you connect your Gmail account to the app. Your notes are saved directly in your own Gmail — and that's it. You can disconnect NoteBip's access at any time from your Google Account permissions page.
Because your notes are stored in your own Gmail account, the only third party involved is Google. Your use of Google services is governed by Google's Privacy Policy.
Can I Leave NoteBip?
Yes.
Because your notes are stored in your own Gmail account, you are never locked into NoteBip. Your data remains yours.
Children's Privacy
NoteBip is a general-purpose productivity tool and is not directed to children under the age of 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction). As described above, we do not collect personal information from any user.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of NoteBip after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
